Have any constraints with the license programs ? actually have a lot of programs free license that you can get on the internet. Even some of them are opensource which allows each person can modify and distribute it in accordance with the interests of each. Because that is opensource, the program often change or update, as example for OpenOffice now supporting file with new extension of microsoft office (docx, xmlx, etc). Because the interconnect is opensource, they need only voluntary donations from us.
